When you make a mistake SAY…I AM ENOUGH.
When you hear hurtful words SAY…I AM IMPORTANT.
When you are feeling sad, overwhelmed, angry, confused SAY…I AM SOMEBODY
Choose to have the courage and determination to repeat them over and over until you believe it’s true!
